Rear Brake Proportioning Valve Leaks - 2003 Tracker

Hi All,
I need a rear brake proportioning valve, this one leaks. I have searched online for two days, can't find one. Any help? A new or a good used on would be fine.
GM part number is "30021985". This part is for sale all over online, but when I call they say it's "No longer available."
