Left Signal light/Parking lights won't turn off

Even if the car is completely off, key not even in the ignition, they're still on. Help? For now we're just pulling the fuse. figures it would have issues on the weekend.

    It's going to be tough to really be sure without investigating this first hand. First which fuse(s) are you pulling? #16, #17, #29, or #36 ?
