Sante Fe Power Window Problem

my 04 santa fe has only done 22k miles put the driver window up ,now it will not come down, can hear a relay type clicking when operating the switch just under the switch cluster, 30 amp fuse good all other windows work as does the window lock any ideas before tearing it to bits

It could be a problem with the relay or motor, but it also might be a mechanical issue causing the window to stick as well. Being that everything else electrical is working, it seems like it can't be too many different things. Here' a Popular Mechanics article about Fixing Power Windows
