No reverse. 2008 Saturn Aura XR.

I have a 2008 Saturn Aura XR that was purchased new in Dec 2007. It has 116K miles. About 2 years ago, the transmission would not shift out of low. The dealer added fluid and it was fine. The car does not leak, and the dealer could not explain why it was low. Yesterday the problem returned. It will not up-shift or go into reverse. I added trans fluid again, but it did not help. Any suggestions?
