Honda Passport interior electronics problems

I was monkeying around in my rear driver side door panel fixing a problem with the window and the wires connecting to the window switch junction came out and touched eachother. After putting them back my radio and interior lights including the courtesy lights no longer work. The 4 wheel drive, battery and brake lights are constantly on as well but the power windows still work. The fuses are all good and the fuse ports are giving power. I think I blew a circuit but I'm not sure where to start looking and don't want to spend all day searching for one. If anyone has had similar problems or can provide some insight it would be much appreciated
