I think it's silly that you have to bundle all that to get the rear entertainment. The Driver Tech package costs $1,400 on its own, which means the Rear Entertainment package costs $1,810.

Fo $1,810 you could buy 4 Apple iPad Mini 3 and still have $210 left over to buy 4 nice sets of headphones. Then every rear passenger has their own entertainment system that they can take anywhere.

I completely agree. I understand the desire to streamline production and make things cost-effective, but I hate how numerous manufactures bundle features into option packages or trim levels that force you to get features you don't want in order to get the ones you actually do want.

As far as the DVD player option, I think it's pretty antiquated now. 10 or so years ago (or even 5), tablets weren't as popular and affordable as they were nowadays. It would be much more cost-effective to buy some iPads/iPad Minis/Nexus 7s or other higher-end tablets. Everyone has their own personal display with their own selection of media, plus the tablets can do much more than play videos, both inside and outside of the car.

Excellent review. Do you have an opinion on the panoramic moon roof? Did it affect cabin comfort (temperature and noise ) and the handling of the SUV? Thanks.
