ok so recently i have noticed this ticking sound. i have read a lot online about how some of these trucks have the "hemi tick" its not an exhaust manifold leak due to broken bolt because i had those replaced maybe 3-4 weeks ago.. i use a premium conventional oil and a gold star Napa filter.

it only ticks on a cold start once its at operating temp it sounds fine.

truck has about 110k miles on it

videos....

Sounds like an exhaust leak between the manifold and the pipe. As manifold and pipe heat up, the metal expands and the leak disappears.
