Stuck In Defroster Mode

I am having a problem with the heater/defroster. All of a sudden i noticed that when i go from defroster on the windshield to heater on the floor i still get heat to the windshield and poor flow to the floor, it never did that before. Is it possible one of the servo motors have failed/
