2011 Impala Throttle Control System

My 2011 Impala had the APPS replaced in 2012 (covered by warranty). I'm ONCE AGAIN having similar issues with the check engine & Stablitrack lights coming on, RPM dial fluttering and car stuttering when this happens. Now that I'm beyond the bumper to bumper warranty seems like ALL HELL is breaking loose with this car. Anyone experience this or have any thoughts / concerns with me taking the vehicle to a non-dealer to replace / repair..

What's the code it's giving? P2138? Check the video. It's an easy replacement for
someone who's comfortable with a wrench lying on the floor of the car to reach
the way it sounds in the video. Part was $72 at that time aftermarket Autozone.

Have it scanned at one of the box stores that does free scanning to determine the
code. Of course, it could be connections or wiring if it's that code...
