Beware of Portfolio extended warranty company

I paid 4 grand for an extended warranty on my rv. I am sitting in a garage parking lot waiting 2 to 24 hours for Portfolio to approve repairs. I am camping in a parking lot on my vacation... Do not do business with Portfolio.
