Anyone know how to fix this noise problem?

Hi,

I have some noise problem that is similar to the link below (i have dual vvti engine btw)

The sound around 1:05 is heard loudly from inside the car (much like large diesel engine noise from outside. It usually goes away around 2k RPM and above and is louder the less RPM and at IDLE.
