Please someone shine light on my Honda Civic problems.

OK my Honda civic has 203,000 miles. Car has been running good since I got it in November of 2014. I tried to race my friend the other day and since then my car will pick up speed then drop. I can't drive the highway its so slow. Then it started shaking real bad, white smoke out the tail pipe and now it cuts off as well. I had my spark plugs an stuff switched out right after that but the problem is still there. And no my car is NOT running hot.Can someone please help me out. -Thanx Shynece

    Copius amounts of white smoke and I'd be thinking about blown head gasket (and I wouldn't drive it much at all until confirmed/ corrected)

    Yes starts to look like fog if I keep mashing the gas. Car is parked haven't drove it since. Thank you very much .
