Reliable?

I've been considering purchasing a Q5 and am concerned about reliability. Though consumer reports rates them high, I have put a lot of repair money in my BMW and am concerned about doing the same with an Audi. Seems like the german cars aren't made like they used to be but don't know if I'm just a scaredy cat or being sensible. Let me know. Thanks!
