Whts a reasonable target price on a 2015 CR-V LX ?

In central NJ, looking for a basic CRV LX with no additional options. I got some internet prices, the lowest of which was 23,305 including destination. Another dealer agreed to match that price quite quickly. How do I know what target price to look for ?
any pointers are much appreciated

    You can drill down to the CR-V using the Make | Model tabs above and put in your zip code, and you'll get the True Market Value for your area of New Jersey. TMV is the "average" price paid but buyers in some areas of the country have paid invoice to $1,500 below invoice.

    Best time to buy generally is the end of the month. Try asking for more quotes from other dealers in your area. If you can wait, you may want to get more quotes 2 or 3 days before the end of the month. Dealers who haven't met their quota should be more willing to deal.
