2013 Nissan Altima SL - How often for a synthetic Oil change?

I am sure this question is asked all the time but I do not know the answer. What is the correct answer for how often I should get my oil changed for my 2013 Nissan Altima SL. Nissan says 3000 miles. Some sites say syntheitc is fine every 10,000 miles. Need a little help. thanks

    Read the Owner's Manual!

    The newer 2013-2015 Nissan Altimas can get oil changes ~5k now.
