Odometer fraud? Help please!

I bought a 1995 Chevy Tahoe in November with 104000 miles on it. I got it for 2900 bucks. It's been good as long as I take care of it. I've put about 6 or 7 thousand miles on it since then. I was driving back from a short trip when I noticed that the odometer went from 110000 to 210000 miles. Is there such thing as a delayed response on odometer tampering? It seemed to work properly up until the other day. I'm unsure what happened. If anybody has some insight into this problem, it would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.
