Need help, won't start.

battery good starter good,,drove last night started ticking loud then lose of power,, made it home and wouldnt start this am,,,everything turns on like its going to start then one click

    tested battery said it was good put charger on it,said 7 volts,,hmmmm,,hope its just battery,,dont want to go coil route
