Platinum w/eco boost engine and 6.5ft bed that shudders and shakes when accelerating from a stop

When the truck had about 3000 miles on it we had a cab-height Leer topper put on the truck. With nothing more of a load except the new topper, 2 sets of golf clubs, 5 bags of luggage and a cooler we noticed that when we would accelerate from a stop the truck has a "shudder" or "shake" until you reach about 20-25mph. It is the most uncomfortable, unnerving feeling. We would like to know if any other F150 owners have experienced this in their F150 pickup truck. RG
