Used SUV for 23K with taxes, what choices?

Hows it going, looking for a reliable used SUV and have no idea what to look at. What can I realistically get for that price range, the SUV has to be at least mid-sized. Thanks.

    If you're willing to go back a few years, you can get almost anything. Did you need a 3rd row or ???

    No 3rd row, I just need a reliable SUV that I won't have to worry about for a long time. I drive very few miles a year, maybe 4K miles.
