Google maps and 2015 Accord bluetooth bug

I have a 2015 Honda accord xle and an Iphone 4s with latest IOS (8.1 I think)
When I use google maps (latest as of today) with bluetooth, the navigation sound comes through bluetooth but then the phone starts dialing itself and then it hangs up and starts dailing again, this goes on in a loop.
I have to disable bluetooth on the phone if I want to use google maps.
Other apps like audio books, pandora, hondalink etc work fine through bluetooth only google maps has this issue, anybody else seen this, any suggestions on how to fix it?
