Anyone lease a certified preowned lexus?

I have been kind of casually looking for a new car the past year.  Not in any rush for a new car as I own both of mine.  I have always lived the new lexus gs 350 but they are a little too pricey.  Just yesterday my local dealer sent me an offer for leasing a used 2013 cpo lexus gs350 loaded for a$38700 with 17000 miles and 403 a month with tax.  Sounded pretty tempting but never heard of a of leasing used cars.
