Should I get out of lease?

HI,
I am leasing a 2013 C300 4matic, i have 20K miles and 23 months left on the lease. I am averaging about 20K miles a year, i am not sure weather to get out of lease now and finance a car or keep the lease till i am about to finish the miles and do the same. As i see it i wont be able to keep it till the end of the lease.
Can anyone please give me good options that would reduce the financial damage and be good for me.
