Jeep Commander radio/navigation going on and off

I have read several threads regarding radios not working properly especially with drainage issues.  Wondering if anyone has come up with a solution.  
Or if anyone got Dodge to pay for it.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for about 15 mins?
