Tire Wear at End of Lease

I have to return my AWD 2012 Charger R/T Plus in a couple weeks and the tires are definitely worn beyond acceptable wear limits. I'm leasing through Ally and am wondering if they require OEM tires upon return or if tires of comparable quality are acceptable.

The OEM tires are 19" Michelin Pilot MXM4's, and they wore like garbage after only 36,000 miles. I definitely don't want to pay for overpriced rubber like that if I don't have to, so I'm wondering what characteristics besides size, speed rating, and load rating constitute tires of comparable quality to the OEMs. Again, this is assuming that Ally will accept anything other than OEM tires.

Thanks for any help you might be able to offer !
