Annoying Hissing Noise - Enclave

I have a 2013 Premium that makes this increasingly loud hissing sound coming from the center dash/console area. Took it in, they CND'd (could not duplicate) but changed the compressor anyway. Fast forward a few months, and the noise is back again. Its so loud it consumes you while you are driving! Any others out there with this issue or success with correcting this condition?
