Adding bluetooth music streaming to a car that doesn't have it?

My 2009 Audi Q7 allows me to make bluetooth phone calls from my iPhone, but it doesn't allow me to play music. I've tried those Bluetooth FM transmitters, but I'm really not a fan of them and I was looking for a more permanent.
I'm looking for a solution that would allow me to play music through my car speakers via bluetooth in more or less the same way you would expect Bluetooth music streaming to work in a more recently manufactured car.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!
