2007 Chrysler Town & Country transmission leaking

Last year sometime, our 2007 T&C LX 3.3L started to leak oil, but we have now determined that it is the transmission that is leaking. The transmission shifts very smoothly, but this could be a troubling problem. The transmission started leaking at around 88-90,000 miles. We have always topped off the transmission fluid, and it has never been dangerously low. Does anybody have any ideas on what may be a possible solution for the leaking? I thought that Chrysler had fixed all/most of their transmission issues.
