Lease target price for Premium Plus with Back-up camera - Audi Q5

Hello, This will be my first lease and I am hoping to get the best deal I can. I have read up on Q5 leases, money factor, and residual but I am having trouble finding what my target price should be as I have seen some deals for way under MSRP. I do not need any extras other than the back-up camera (which I think requires the premium plus and technology packages).
