2004 Pontiac Grand AM GT electrical/horn issues

I've been having issues with my 2004 Pontiac Grand Am GT lately. It started out with random dash warning lights coming on and going away. Now in addition to that my horn has quit working! I recently had the hazard light replaced by a repair shop, because they said it was faulty and the reason why my blinkers quit working. (??!!??) Also, sometimes my replacement stereo system doesn't turn off when the key is removed and car is turned off. It is fairly apparent to me that I have a serious electrical issue somewhere in the dash. This car is approaching 122,000 miles and except for these issues is a good car. Help!! :-(
