Hey guys my gf's escape has a burnt rubber smell inside and none of the instrument cluster lights work. Also yesterday she was unable to shift out of park and i had to press a switch next to the shifter in order to shift it out of park. There is also a problem that when she presses her brakes none of the lights work and her right blinker comes on constant. Does anyone have any idea what may causing these problems? Thanks in advance.

I think you certainly have a short circuit in the electrical system. Best to get it to a qualified technician ASAP.
