    Great choice (I have a '65 Coupe)! I hope you don't regret the change to side pipes. As awesome as they sound from outside, the drone can wear on you inside (especially in a coupe) after a while. And there's no going back (have to cut slits in the rocker panels for support brackets). But your team has just gone up several notches in my esteem....

    And one small error in the article: The L79 engine was rated at 350 HP. FWIW: the L76 engine (which ceased production in 1965) was rated at 365 HP.
