Does anyone have a copy of a detailed transmission rebuild quote for a Freestar?

I had mine rebuilt after it failed with 58k miles, but since then there has been a recall and refund available to me, but my shop has gone out of business with no way to contact the previous owner. I have the original receipt, but since this was a small shop, the description was very short "transmission rebuild". Ford will not accept this for a partial refund of the cost.

Any help would be appreciated.
