It's not all bad news out there for plug-in electric vehicle boosters. While several states have cancelled their EV rebate programs, most notably Georgia's generous $5,000 credit, several others have started new programs or renewed old ones.

    I couldn't agree more with "...customers looking for EVs and plug-in hybrids often are disappointed by the lack of information and enthusiasm at dealerships they visit." I found when I was an Internet Sales Manager that most of the sales team were unknowledgeable not only with the EV/Hybrids we were selling but also the whole industry. There were many times I had to correct bad information my clients obtained from other sources because it was flat out wrong.
