Please Help!!!!

Hello i have a 2001 kia sportage limited edition 4x4 that i put a new fuel pump in, relays, timing belt, water pump, crankshaft position sensor and camshaft sensor, plugs, plug wires, and coil packs i also checked all the fuses. It was running fine till we got stuck in snow testing out my 4x4 "found out it doesn't work" my friend had to push me about 5 feet with his 4 wheeler to get it in my garage, ever since that day my car has not started back. I can spray starting fluid in it and it starts for a few seconds so that narrows it down to being a fuel problem. I have no power at the fuel pump or the 10amp fuse on either leg. I do however have power at both relays but have no ground on the fuel pump relay side. I am about at my whits end with it. I have also check the codes and all i got was low voltage but it went away when i put a new battery in it. I dont know where to go from here any help would be greatly appreciated.
