Odd clicking sound when braking

It is very difficult to describe the sound being made when my car brakes. This just started happening and when searching the web for the cause I am not finding anything that matches the sound my car is making when braking. I have uploaded a video of it here:

You hear it "click" twice in the video. Any suggestions on what it may be before I take it into a shop?
