I have a 02 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 8.1L Allison transmission and it keeps shutting off on me.

We have replaced the Crank Shaft Sensor. Truck just off on me again. Got battery checked its good. Again, it seems like its electrical. Sometimes it will just just off while driving and come right back on, other times it shuts off completely and I have to reset battery by taking the two cables off battery. This is driving me crazy. Help!!

    AGAIN More Details about today...2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD 8.1L, shut off while driving, high speeds, low speeds... Followed forums and replaced crack shaft position sensor yesterday... drove to work fine 35 miles... went to back out to go to lunch...died like Electrical failure to include engine died. Unhook battery cables put them back on and fine. I shut my door to drive off.. again died... unhook battery again... drove fine... 3-4 miles shut off (electrical) came back on... put in neutral... slowed down to stop... put in park... then in drive... pulled off...no issues otw back from lunch.... HELP PLEASE!
