Just bought a '99 Bravada, a few quirks...

Hello all,
Let me begin with a thanks in advance for answering my questions. I just recently purchased a 1999 Oldsmobile Bravada AWD, black on tan leather. I love the car, there are just a few questions/quirks I have:
1. The a/c only blows cool air. It does blow, and at all speeds, so I plan on having it recharged. Any idea as to a ballpark cost?
2. The electric mirrors only go down on both sides of the vehicle. Anyone have any idea as to what the issue is/cost?
3. When the wheel is completely turned to either side, particularly in reverse, I feel a thumping noise. Research has led me to believe this means the transfer case fluid needs changed. Sound accurate? Anyone have any idea as to a relative cost?
