Does a 1995 Ford Mustang GT have a radiator petcock (plug) and where is it located?

I want to drain my radiator without removing the hose. Where it is and how to get to it will be appreciated

Here's a video showing how to change the coolant on a '95 GT. Modern plastic-tank radiators often don't have a petcock. Gotta remove the hose:
