For the past couple of weeks I would experience reduced engine power and I would turn off the engine and wait 30 seconds and then re-crank the engine and the truck would run at full power. It has gotten to the point now that it will not reset and stays with the reduced engine power indicator light on and the power never exceeds 1500 rpm.

You have a bad sensor. OBD scan will tell you where.
