Truck will shut off when A/C is running

Recently my truck has started to shut off if I am running the air conditioner. I had the truck serviced last week at my local Ford dealer. The Starter and the Engine Air Filter were replaced. Additional comments were that the Battery Cables are poor, but cannot be replaced because the parts are obsolete. I am extremely frustrated!! I have spent so much money this year on the truck and the problem still persist.
