Replaced head gaskets, now no start

I have replaced the head gaskets and checked the heads to ensure they were to spec. I have also replaced all other gaskets that came with the head gasket set. I have put it all together and connected everything correctly. The radiator has been flushed and the spark plugs and wires replaced as well as the oil changed. I replaced the starter and the thermostat. The vehicle will not start. It will try to turn over but can't. From what the engine is doing and what I have found it can either be the Crankshaft position sensor, or the rockers are too tight. Is there anything else that could be causing this issue? And will I have to reset the computer (if I replace the crankshaft position sensor)?
