Special order 2016 CX-5. What do you think of price?

I live in NYC and I have to special order a 2016 CX-5 GT FWD, no tech package because the color combination I want is not available in the region.
It would arrive in about 3 months.
The prices I'm getting right now are between $28,000 - $28,300 plus taxes/fees.
I would be eligible for any rebates/incentives at time of delivery.
Is this a good price range?
