seems i got ripped off by a nissan dealer.wont mention the name quite yet inquired bout a lease in which i own the vehicle at end of lease .mentioned never leased or financed before BIG MISTAKE states yes we have something like that.but monthly payments are high but it still arrives at same price as if you purchased.mentioned mentioned i only wanted to establish a credit rating. we agreed on a $9500 trade and $347 a month 36 months. It came out the same as cash purchase. only problem, i dont own the vehicle upon last payment there is this residual thing i need to pay to receive the title. been fighting this since april with no results about to seek an attorney what it boils down to, if i wish to purchase this thing i will wind up paying$34000 for a vehicle i couldve purchased for $14000 including $9500 for trade thats downright illegal

Your post is a bit disjointed and hard to understand.

This "residual thing" is part of every lease. When you lease a car, you are basically "renting" it. At the end, you can walk away or buy the car for it's residual.

Without looking at the paperwork, it's hard to tell what has transpired but it sounds like you didn't read or understand the terms of a lease. All we can do here is guess as to wheter or not you were, in fact "ripped off".
