July 4th Camry purchase - Dealer recommendation, tips needed

Looking to purchase a Camry LE anywhere from Maryland to Massachusetts. I'm looking to do the 0% financing. I looked at some of the old threads and see some good pricing but don't seem to be having much luck finding anything in the mid 18K-19K. Any suggestions on which dealer to try and negotiation tips are appreciated. People seem to be able to buy below invoice, I'm just not sure how they do it unless everyone is trolling. Thanks in advance!

    Checking out Dealer Reviews may help but I think blasting out some quote requests will get you closer to your number, faster. (We have dealer quotes when you drill down to the Camry under the Make | Model listing and play with the distance or zip codes.)
