I realize that Mcgard is a reputable company but I got the following email when asking about purchasing a lug nut extraction tool as well as the lug nut and key. Sounds like a great deal but I was just wondering if any one else here has had any bad experiences with this.

From a Mcgard representative,

"I can provide a pound-on removal tool to help you extract this damaged lock from your wheel. It will require a credit card deposit of $100.00 in order to send it out and your damaged wheel lock and key will be replaced for you at no charge. Once you return the tool a credit of $100.00 will be refunded to your credit card no questions asked. We will cover FedEx-Ground shipping to you which is allowed 3-5 business days for delivery, otherwise expedited means of delivery are available at an additional charge. If you wish to place this order, please contact me Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST at the number below."

Thanks,"
