Turn signal problem.

I just got new head and running lights. I put them in and went out last night to see how they looked. I noticed one running light was brighter than the other and I noticed about a week prior my driver side turning signal was going out. The running lights are led and just plug into the bulb socket I checked the connection connections are good and also replaced the rear turn signal bulb. as soon as I flip the switch to turn running lights on my turn signal light on the dash stays lit up and doesn't flash. Also the two marker lights on the edge of the grille don't work the driver side one did last night but the other didn't and now none of them work. I tried replacing the bulbs still nothing.  What fuse is it that goes for those lights is it just the regular parking light one? I've checked that one and it's fine so I'm lost.
