1992 Chevrolet S-10 Pickup - Rear right tire is wobling back and forth.

my passenger side tire is moving all over the place. there is a metal on metal sqeeking noise coming from the rear end. the lug nuts are tight and the tire is good and rim is not bent. is this a bearing problem? i have no idea what to do now as it has gotten worse. please help
