Headrest (Cover) Help!

We ordered seat covers and the headrests do not fit. I'm thinking they are for the older model.

Any help would be appreciated. Do any other Mazdas share the middle and back 50/50 bench's headrests?
Maybe CX9?

I have no idea...super bummed!
