2006 Matrix XR Transmission

I have a 2006 Matrix XR FWD 1ZZ-FE with 247000kms (154000 miles) on it. I am wondering if I should replace the transmission filter soon. Toyota says it's non-maintenance, but I'm not so sure. Is draining and refilling enough? If I need to replace the filter, can anyone tell me how to tell what type of transmission it is. I've been looking at filter kits online and some say 18 bolt and some say 19 bolt. I don't want to get the car up on jacks and find out I have the wrong filter kit.
