Air Conditioner Problem

I have a 1997 jeep grand, 5.2 V 8 . Climit controll is stuck in heat mode. All vents are working properly ,wont shift to vent or airconditioning. Any ideas

    This sounds like a blend door actuator problem. The blend door is sticking and is continuously allowing heat into the cabin. Turn the knobs back and forth to see if you can unstick it, if that doesn't work you need to remove some panels and find out what's blocking the door from moving properly. This can usually be accessed through the glove compartment or under the hood near the passenger side, this might be hard to get to which is why it costs a lot to repair despite it being a relatively cheap part to fix.
